CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire Customer Service Rep openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Belvidere, NJ area!
The Customer Service Representative would help audit outbound deliveries as well as office/CSR responsibilities to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with audit outbound deliveries and customer services responsibilities.
- Proactively communicates with customers, employees, and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.
- Properly processes customers’ orders; troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.
- Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Properly process, audits and files various documentation.
- Performs various office support activities.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication
- Detail oriented
- Computer skills
- 2 years of experience in the CSR environment
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate well with leadership and peers.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
