Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Answer user inquiries regarding regulatory documents to resolve problems.
• Interpret regulatory rules or documents and ensure that they meet corporate policies and standard practices for International and Domestic branches.
• Train users in the proper company policies and procedures for onboarding delivery drivers
• Coordinate efforts with branches associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions
• Prepare or direct branches on the preparation of additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies
• Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory document submissions
• Assess the types of regulatory or internal documentation that are required

Skills / Qualifications :

• Ability to interpret detailed regulatory forms and documents
• Cognitive ability to make decisions regarding the completion of all process steps, and seek supervisory input with exceptions or deviations from standard practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior Organizational skills
• Previous audit experience a plus
• Basic skill set in Smart Sheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
