About The Position
Every project starts as an idea, and a project manager’s job is to work with product leadership and stakeholders to help define how that idea becomes a useful and valuable software product. At AccuLynx, project managers manage the process that brings our software products to market. Project managers work to set and manage expectations, develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and create user stories to describe the work that enables project team members to bring the project to realization.
Successful project managers at Acculynx manage the tasks and projects our software teams work on, helping create clear objectives that result in a clear understanding of objectives and helping create high-performing teams. If the team needs guidance, training, or coaching, a project manager must set them up for success. In addition, a project manager must be able to keep open and honest communication, form working relationships, and motivate those on their team who need it.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing software projects and working and strong communication, solid work plan development, and progress oversight skills. They will define opportunities and manage a backlog of work, create user stories, and develop and present progress updates to product leadership regularly, ensuring the products we plan to deliver are progressing as planned.
