- 8 Years of Architectural and Design Drafting experience
- Experience with high-end residential/multifamily projects
- Good knowledge and understanding of the North Carolina house building code
- Proficient software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Sketchup
- Experience with shop drawings for millwork and custom furniture details.
- Knowledge of industry terminology and standard construction methods/material
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
- Experience with residential custom-building industry
