Our crazy fast-growing pediatric business, focused on providing support for kids with autism in North Carolina, is looking for a Software Product Development Manager to serve as a Project Manager for our proprietary software. The person in this position will also assist our Sr. VP Kure Software Application with bringing this software to market.
We are looking for a senior person with both an IT Services Background and a software product market analysis background, to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to quickly understand and leverage our experience and has the same hunger for growth we do.
The right candidate must provide leadership in managing critical day-to-day program/project elements including project vision/objectives, financials, scope, quality, schedule, resourcing, vendor management, dependencies, risks, status reporting, stakeholder engagement, business readiness/change management, and value realization necessary to deliver specified requirements, objectives and value. They will also help acquire and care for customers professionally and with passion, with their distinct sales know-how. Candidates must have a good understanding of the market requirements and customer requirements to prove to potential customers our capability and build long-term collaborative relationships.
Duties include:
Manages the assigned project and key deliverables
Communicates on-going project status, potential issues, and timelines
Market Analysis translating to Product Development Targets
Identification and acquisition of new clients and projects in the sector
Relationship management, maintenance, and use of your network
Individual bidding as well as coordination and participation in contract negotiations
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Higher
Good knowledge of Health care, preferred
3 years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning, or Implementation experience
Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: $105,000 to $115,000 with total compensation of up to $125,000
