Chocolate Carousel is a family owned and operated wholesale and retail bakery in Wall NJ. Our attention to detail and excellence makes our products and service stand out in the industry. We work in a team spirited environment and our kitchen is fast paced and professional.

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team and help us create delicious treats for our customers. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for baking, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to creating high-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing doughs, icings, and other ingredients, as well as decorating and packaging finished products. We are looking for someone who is creative and has a knack for coming up with new recipes and ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Follow recipes and instructions for preparing doughs, batters, and fillings.
  • Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly.
  • Decorate baked goods as needed.
  • Package finished products for sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
