Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping maintenance areas clean and orderly, following all company procedures and safety policies. He/She will maintain a safe environment for plant personnel by keeping all areas of the plant where maintenance is in progress, clean and orderly to aid in the prevention of accidents. He/She will maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working order and follows lockout/tagout. The Maintenance Technician will also troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain all plant equipment in good working condition. He/She will perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance (PM) activities and work with other employees/contractors to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Education - High School Diploma or GED
• Strong Mechanical Knowledge
• Previous Industrial Maintenance Experience
• Ability to follow maintenance procedures
• PLC and troubleshooting skills
• Basic Math Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
