AAA Washington is Hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Near Bellevue, WA
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience and leadership in managing talent acquisition and 5 years’ experience in leadership. Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
Major responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment process and strategy, aligning with AAA Washington’s business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
- Innovating sourcing strategies to attract top talent, researching and recommending state-of-the art recruiting software tailored to AAA Washington’s needs.
- Championing initiatives to enhance AAA Washington’s employer brand, leveraging market research and industry best practices to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaboratively drive the ongoing enhancement and widespread deployment of our comprehensive Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Toolkits throughout AAA Washington.
- Proactively identifying and addressing opportunities to enhance various stages of the AAA Washington employee lifecycle, leveraging insights to drive impactful organizational improvements.
