ABOUT THE ROLE The Sr. Program Manager on this team will support an enterprise client’s Tax Integration team. Tax Integration supports the direct tax (aka income tax) global team with everything from basic project management to facilitating idea generation which drives process improvements to and optimization.
This role will be directly liaising with various business teams within the company and with other members of the global tax department, and will requires excellent stakeholder management skills, someone who can work autonomously to build and optimize on new process improvement, can take ownership of a project, and make appropriate recommendations to leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing data requests in Salesforce and providing reporting out to key stakeholders
- Review data requests to ensure completion and compliance
- Working with cross functional teams to summarize risks and outline root cause for delays to review cycle
- Supporting with CPE compliance efforts and mapping existing processes while looking for areas of improvement
- Curating and analyzing data for the enterprise client’s Annual Planning cycle
- Building and managing organizational surveys for tax payment data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Remote, but PST hours preferred
- 4 years of experience in a project management or finance PM role
- 4 years of experience working with enterprise companies
- Extremely strong stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter and can work autonomously, a self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
- Intermediate Excel Skills - use of formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.
- Ability to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
- Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and takes ownership of project
- Hard working, quick learner with a positive ''can do'' attitude and solid professionalism
- Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, change in business requirements and self-prioritize under pressure
- Exposure to Salesforce and Smartsheet is a plus
- Tax or finance related experience is a plus
SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.
The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000.
