LHH is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Bellevue, WA

A global company is working with LHH to identify a permanent Payroll Specialist for their team. You will be joining a small, local team to process weekly payroll for a few hundred employees. Since the payroll process is rather complex, the ideal candidate will have at least a year of previous payroll processing experience and the role is fully onsite. This is a good opportunity for someone who is fairly new to payroll to gain more experience and be able to elevate their skill set. This is the chance to be a part of a casual work environment where there is opportunity to grow with the company.
Job Duties:
  • Processing weekly payroll for more than two hundred employees
  • Reviewing and auditing timecards
  • Assisting employees with payroll entry or payroll-related questions
  • Reviewing and updating pay rates per contract agreements
  • Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • At least a year of payroll processing experience
  • Strong customer service skills and desire to help others
  • Ability to navigate through software systems with ease
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP would be helpful
Employment Details:
  • Direct hire
  • Monday through Friday, standard office hours
  • Fully onsite in Bellevue, WA

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
