All Native Group is Hiring a Deputy Program Manager (Contingent upon Contract Award) Near Bellevue, NE

Summary

The deputy program manager shall perform administrative, managerial, and supervisory duties for services and personnel provided through this contract at post location in Iraq. The program manager shall be accountable for daily work assignments and end products in conjunction with the onsite supervisor and/or COR.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure that the Quality Control Plan, submitted to and approved by the Government, is implemented and fully operational, as written.
  • Ensure continuous, timely delivery of services and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure that each contractor has completed assigned work prior to the end of the shift. The deputy program manager shall be responsible for a smooth transition to the next shift, if applicable.
  • Maintain records of work production and other administrative records as required. These records shall be kept at the DOS location.
  • Prepare and present to the COR or ACOR/GTM a monthly schedule detailing adequate personnel coverage for each forthcoming month. This monthly schedule is due to the date agreed upon with the COR or ACOR/GTM
  • Maintain time and attendance records for all contract employees.
  • As a collateral duty, assist with the duties described for the program manager.
  • These duties may be combined with another position depending on post needs.
  • May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

Competencies

  • Effective interpersonal skills and mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups from various levels and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize, and execute complex projects in
  • harsh, non-permissive environments
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of Arab culture, traditions, and customs is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a high-threat environment and experience with U.S. Department of State security operations are strongly preferred.
  • Must be in good physical condition with no health deficiencies, either temporary or long-lasting, that would impair performance of duties.
  • Maintain eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if necessitated by specific post requirement.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Supervisory duties for services and personnel provided through this contract at post location.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Experience

  • At least two years of program management or equivalent supervisory experience with a program of similar size to this contract.

Security Clearance

  • Must already possess a TOP SECRET security clearance.
  • Top Secret personnel security clearance issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS) prior to contract performance.
