Biocodex is seeking an Associate Brand Manager who is passionate about building brands by finding and leveraging consumer insights to memorably communicate our brand's distinct proposition.

You'll play an integral role alongside a small, entrepreneurial team responsible for taking Florastor to the next level.

Focused on building a distinct brand proposition and accelerating sales velocities, the Associate Brand Manager will help support the development and execution of the strategy to achieve our vision of becoming a Microbiota leader. The ideal candidate will have a curious and analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a digital environment and be a strong team player.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting with accelerating the growth of our flagship product, Florastor and any future products we add to our portfolio. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and will be an integral part of our team.

Base Business Management

  • Market Performance analysis and reporting
  • Marketing program performance KPI tracking & optimization recommendations
  • Tracks and manages cross-channel incentive programs (website, digital, in-store)
  • Manage Consumer and Shopper Marketing activities to drive retail velocities
  • Support Trade Marketing with customer-specific strategies that ladder to brand priorities
  • Assist in the demand forecasting process; manage shipments to consumption forecast
  • Assist in the budget tracking & reporting process
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on various brand initiatives, including new products, pack changes, etc.

Strategy, Brand Building & Communications

  • Assist in Annual Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Assist in developing consumer insights and positioning
  • Develop in-depth understanding and become an expert in the market - the business environment in which our brands compete, to include product category segments, channels, etc.
  • Executes communication throughout the funnel and engagement cycle
  • Help manage creative agency relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree required in relevant field, MBA preferred
  • At least 2-4 years of CPG experience. OTC medicine or nutritional marketing experience preferred.
  • Understanding of consumer healthcare marketing strategies and regulatory/compliance environment
  • Proficiency in Nielsen or IRI required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, learning agility, problem solving, project management, analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Results oriented with proven track record of success.
