Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Porter :
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for performing a variety of functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
- Duties include but not limited to : clean carpets, tile and laminate flooring, room moves, assist with move-ins, cleaning common areas, hallways, grounds to the community standard of clean, etc.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
