Helping Hands, Inc is hiring a House Manager to work in our Residential Community Group Home Program located in Pottstown, PA. We are seeking compassionate and reliable supervisors/caregivers to work with adults impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. We provide and pay for all training.

This is a full-time position Sun-Thurs with a schedule of 32 hours administrative time and 8 hours of direct support duties per week.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage a team of caregivers and support staff in providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client care and staff performance.
• Review staff time cards, daily progress notes, and communication notes on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a residential setting.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a group home, home care, nursing home, or assisted living setting.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation purposes.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Valid PA drivers license, High School Diploma/GED, Drug Screening, PA Criminal Record Check (FBI Check if from out of state in past 2 years), Physical Exam & TB test
