We’re seeking a talented Sr. Front End Software Engineer to take a leadership role in our web development projects, overseeing the creation of visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring the seamless functionality of web applications and to help deliver our next generation software solutions. The ideal candidate is a forward and innovative thinker, experienced with transformative projects and has a successful track record working collaboratively with cross-functional team members. A delivery focus with experience in multiple technology stacks who is able to present different solutions/approaches to solve problems. Practical experience creating Service Oriented Architectural solutions and the ability to mentor team members are key skills. The ability to thrive within the Agile framework and contributing ways to constantly improve the practice is desired.
The responsibilities for this role include guiding front-end engineers, collaborating with designers, and translating design concepts into interactive web experiences. This role requires technical expertise in Azure, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (where React is required), as well as strong leadership and project management skills to deliver high-quality web solutions. Knowledge and/or experience with a content management system (CMS) is highly desired, but not required.
