Required Experience
- Knowledge of hardware and software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers in the use of software and hardware
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and productivity software (MS Office365).
- Self-motivated with a knack for new technologies, possess analytical and troubleshooting skills, and thrive in high-pressure dynamic environments.
- Active TS/SCI
- SCI and SAP network support
- Administration of Active Directory and group policies, Office 365, Cisco Networking, VMware vSphere.
- VMware/virtualization, thin clients, and physical workstations.
- CISSP certification
- Security
