Responsibilities to include but are not limited to : Restaurant Manager
- Serv Safe Manager certified.
- Ramp Manager certified.
- Oversee FOH and BOH daily operations.
- Maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise shifts (scheduling).
- Regularly review product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and licensing.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Help promote restaurant.
- Assist in training new and current employees.
- Oversee stock levels and ordering.
- Access and improve profitability.
- Inventory management.
- Assist with hiring new employees.
- Conduct pre shift team meetings.
- Servsafe Certified.
- Ability to process money and reset register totals at the end of business hours.
- Assist with ordering.
Requirements :
- Servsafe manager level certification.
- At least 2 years restaurant and bar manager experience.
- Ramp Manager level certification.
