Miller's Motorsports is Hiring a Powersports Technician Near Beaver, PA

Miller’s Motorsports is seeking a full-time and part-time service technicians to join our established service team. We have openings for all experience levels:

C-Level Entry:

  • Minimum requirements: Existing mechanical knowledge and aptitude to follow instructions, learn and absorb constructive criticism.
  • Opportunity for tool allowance if you do not already own adequate tools.
  • Free access to OEM-provided training.
  • Mentorship provided by experienced industry professionals.
  • Primary work may include basic scheduled maintenance, basic repairs, accessory installation and vehicle assembly and prep.

B-Level:

  • Minimum requirements: Established manufacturer-level training, previous service department (dealership or private) experience, and adequate tooling.
  • Free access to dealership specialty tools and equipment.
  • Free training and access for OEM-specific diagnostic systems.
  • Free access to OEM-provided training for in-depth diagnostics and maintenance.
  • Dealership-sponsored training for state-inspection licensing.
  • Primary work may include dealer-only scheduled maintenance, advanced powertrain repairs, and minor electrical diagnostics and repair.

A-Level:

  • Minimum requirements: Advanced manufacturer-level certifications, extensive dealership service experience, and advanced tooling.
  • Free access to dealership specialty tools and equipment.
  • Access to OEM-specific diagnostic systems.
  • Dealership-subsidized training at OEM training sites for advanced diagnostics and repair.
  • Primary work may include advanced scheduled maintenance, driveline rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, repair, programming and replacement, and advanced systems diagnostics.

Our dealership provides maintenance, repair and accessory installation services to most major powersports brands with a focus on Can-Am, Kawasaki, Kayo, Polaris, Suzuki and Yamaha motorcycles, ATVs and SXSs. We strive to maintain the most trained, skilled and knowledgeable service department in the region by providing on-the-job training as well as OEM-provided schooling.

Compensation will include base hourly salary PLUS commission. Paid time off includes holidays, vacation and personal days. STARTING SALARY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL.

Miller's Motorsports has been serving powersports enthusiasts for over 24 years. Our location in Lemont Furnace, PA, offers new products from Can-Am, Kawasaki, Kayo, Polaris, Suzuki and Yamaha, and our location in Beaver Falls, PA, offers new products from Kawasaki, Kayo, Suzuki and Yamaha.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
