Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cosmetics Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Duties
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques to customers
- Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers with checking out at the front desk using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Ability to operate front desk duties, including handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Millennium software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain features and benefits effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer base
