Growing practice seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team! We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services.
Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- SC State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in areas such as Orthopedics, outpatient settings, trigger point therapy, acute care, and patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
