Movin'
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overall operations. From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’. You’ll also help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and providing product information
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Train and supervise store staff, provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Maintain inventory levels, order merchandise, and ensure stock is properly displayed
- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing bank deposits
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize store profitability
- Oversee store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and inviting shopping environment
WINNIN’
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred for effective communication with diverse customers
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in supervising and training staff members
- You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
- You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
- You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
