Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables, organizing utensils, and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, guest relations, and guest services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
