Compassion Animal Hospital is looking to welcome a full-time, small animal veterinarian to our team and growing hospital! New grads welcome as we enjoy mentoring newer veterinarians! Our practices located in beautiful northern Virginia are within an easy drive of Washington DC and other historical points of interest. For the outdoor enthusiast, make the short trip to Shenandoah national Park for hiking, canoeing, fresh air, and beautiful scenery. Visit local vineyards, craft breweries, and enjoy fine dining too. We currently are a 4-doctor, small animal practice that dabbles in exotics. We have been part of our community for over 30 years and established a healthy and happy clientele. We encourage our doctors to pursue cases that they enjoy and develop om the parts of veterinary medicine they are passionate about. Our practices are well-equipped AND well-staffed. Anticipated Schedule:
- 3 full days and ½ day a week
- 20-40-minute appointment slots
Compensation:
- Compensation package includes a competitive starting salary of $100,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience) with monthly production and no-negative accrual
