University Hospitals Careers is Hiring a Maintenance Generalist Near Beachwood, OH
- Performs tasks not limited to changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman.
- Performs light maintenance service under the guidance of a qualified skilled tradesperson, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs and installations.
- High School Equivalent / GED required
- Certifications are encouraged but not required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience doing generalist work, preferably in a healthcare setting, required.
