Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for administering medications, communicating messages to providers, prior authorizations, prescription refills and transition of care management. The Licensed Practical Nurse will work closely with physicians, and other healthcare professionals as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
