Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Parking Attendant to join our team. The Parking Attendant will be responsible for managing parking areas efficiently and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors. Your job description may include the following tasks:

Duties:

- Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at the parking facility or designated drop-off are.

- Assisting parking and retrieving customers with getting in and out of their vehicles, including opening doors and providing any necessary assistance.

- Safely parking and retrieving customers vehicles in designated parking spots or parking lots.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle information, including customer names, contact details, and vehicle descriptions.

-Managing keys and ensuring proper storage and security of vehicles.

- Follow established parking procedures and protocols to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and efficient parking operations.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquires, and resolving any issues or concerns that my arise.

- Collecting and processing parking fees, ensuring accuracy in transactions and providing customers with receipts.

- Directing customers to various locations within the parking facility, such as entrance, exists, elevators, or specific parking areas.

- Monitoring and enforcing parking regulations and policies, such as time limits, reserved spots, and accessible parking spaces.

- Maintaining a clean and organized parking area, including removing trash, debris if applicable.

- Reporting any incidents, accidents or damages to vehicle or property to the appropriate authorities or supervisors.

- Assisting with other parking-related tasks as needed, such as directing traffic during peak times or special events.

-Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers, pedestrians, and fellow employees.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and a positive work environment.

Skills:
- Ability to drive and park vehicles safely
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience as a delivery driver or in hospitality industry is beneficial
