LHH is Hiring an Accountant Near Baytown, TX
Salary: $75K-$90K / $36.06/hr. - $43.27/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze expenses and revenue for 4 permanent warehouses as well as other temporarily leased warehouses across the U.S.
- Record monthly accruals and journal entries including depreciation, interest, missing expenses and revenue.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and fixed assets
- Manage intercompany transactions with other entities including entering and paying bills.
- Prepare and file personal property returns
- Review new customer credit reports and due diligence, screening of corporate documents, complete credit applications, for onboarding of new customers and new vendors, etc.
- Knowledgeable with MS Dynamics AX software and excel for reconciliations and financial review with the use of “cube reports” and their import from MS Dynamics.
- Works closely with CFO and other accounting team members to ensure reliable and accurate data
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 5-6 years related experience
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Customer service oriented
- Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Financial Reporting and Analysis
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
