We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA.

** $30 to $32.56 per hour based on experience **

Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA Qualifications:

• New York Physical Therapy Assistant Certification required.
• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program.

Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA Job Summary:

• Assist in the evaluation and treatment of Residents with musculoskeletal deficiencies, neurological conditions, balance disorders and transfer/gait deficiencies.
• Assist in the completion of all necessary documentation.
• Assist in assigning case load and other related tasks to physical therapy staff.
• Complete required documentation for residents’ medical records.
• Record daily attendance for statistical record keeping.
• Assist in scheduling daily treatments.
• Participate in In-Service Education programs.
