Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Implement and utilize project management tools to track progress
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform project decisions
- Lead project teams effectively by providing guidance and support
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen principles, and Trello boards for efficient project management
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders at various levels
- Utilize SAS or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Oversee project engineering activities to ensure quality standards are met

Skills:

- Proven experience in program development and management
- Proficiency in project leadership and team coordination
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
- Familiarity with Kaizen continuous improvement methods
- Experience with Trello or similar project management tools
- Ability to use SAS or related software for data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: $72,738.00 - $79,542.00 per year
