Requirements MUST have: Must hold a valid New Jersey P-3 certification And have a undergrad degree completed. Salary is aligned with the Bayonne Board of Education. BOE is required to utilize the High Scope curriculum. Candidate must understand and utilize the High Scope Curriculum.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage children in educational activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.13 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
