Job Summary:

This position is at Bay City Oregon.
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, inventory control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
- Ensure efficient inventory control and ordering processes
- Implement strategies to maximize store profitability
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of retail associates
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth store operations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective customer service
