Full Job Description-
Department Details
This job is generally M-F (6:30-3:00) with a rare but occasional later shift on call week and weekend. Department responsibilities include general preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility for all industrial equipment including CNC’s, welders, elevators, air compressors, ect. Additionally responsible for all building maintenance such as HVAC and outdoor maintenance to include mowing, snow removal, irrigation and equipment upkeep.
Job Summary
The ideal applicant must possess basic mechanical experience and should show competence in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting. Schematic, ladder, and blueprint reading a plus. Experience in CNC operation and/or troubleshooting will be an additional skill to set yourself apart from other applicants. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to explain conditions and situations accurately to supervisor while troubleshooting.
Will be trained as needed to assist and eventually work independently in the repair of CNC equipment, as well as other industrial equipment including welders, air compressors and media blasting equipment. The position also requires continued practices of preventative maintenance procedures on all equipment to include record keeping. Other light maintenance duties may also be required such as painting, minor carpentry or sheet metal work and fabrication.

Schematic and ladder reading
Ability to read blueprints
Plumbing, HVAC, Welding, Fabrication.
Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical Troubleshooting, multimeter operation
Ability to lift 75 lbs
