C.A.B. Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a motivated, dependable, experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to join our team. This position will require frequent out of town work and weekends. Experience working in an industrial environment is required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for directing a team

· Completing required paperwork daily

· Read schematics/drawings

· Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications

· Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Utilize all safety equipment, follow safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

· Experience leading a team

· Stable Work History

· Knowledge of current electrical codes and regulations

· High school diploma or GED certificate

· Skills with basic hand and power tools

· Physical stamina

· Reliable transportation

· Driver’s license

· Willingness to learn

· Attention to detail

Physical Demands:

· Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Stand, Kneel, Bend, Stoop, Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas, see and hear naturally or with correction.

· Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties.

· Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls according to a set procedure.

· Requires repetitive movement.

· Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.

· Work up to a 12 hour shift doing hard physical labor in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
