Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two multifamily apartment communities in Battle Creek, MI. This role offers an hourly wage of $20-$23, along with leasing and renewal commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager with coordinating and overseeing repairs and unit turnovers
- Ensure tenant needs are met and foster positive tenant relationships
- Assist the Community Manager with performing daily, weekly, and monthly property and apartment inspections
- Work with the Maintenance department and Community Manager to ensure all vacant spaces are market-ready
- Analyze and review rents
- Implement practices for expense savings and operational efficiencies
- Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials,
- Show units to prospective tenants,
- Provide organizational and administrative support for the management staff
- Prepare lease documentation in accordance with the community’s established policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Leasing or as an Assistant Manager
