Job Description
Mold Repair Technician
Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: $20-$36.51/hour
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Job Description:
- Trouble shoot and repair molds
- Bench work, hard grinding, and diamond polishing
- Welding
- CNC Mills and EDM setup
- Hydraulics
- Ability to run manual mills, lathes, drill presses, etc
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years in injection molding repair, and blow molding
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Have specific vision abilities related to depth perception and color vision
- Comfortable working in a factory environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
- Position may require travel, occasionally overnight, to perform essential functions
- Position may require overtime on little or no notice, and work varied shifts to conduct duties
