To be successful you will need mechanical ability and accurate math and measurement skills. Also, be able to control output of various machines in order to produce quality parts that are within required specifications. As well as meet production quantity goals set forth every single day. Maintain a high level of customer happiness. Finally, you should have the ability to work in a team based manufacturing environment. Experience in operating CNC controlled machinery is a plus. We are hiring for the following shifts:1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMStarting pay begins at $18.75/hour (machining/assembly) - $20.25/hour (hot forging).
