Primary Responsibilities:

• Room patients
• Prepare charts for patient visits with proper paperwork
• Take vitals and gather information from patients, including verifying current and discontinued medications
• Input visit data into the electronic medical records
• Assist with attaching medical records into patient chart
• Clean and restock rooms and equipment after each patient
• Print UDS results for next clinic day
• Assist front desk and check out MA as necessary to maintain communication and patient flow
• Maintain positive, clean and organized work environment
• Stock supplies
• Schedule follow up and procedure appointments after completion of visit
• Fax outgoing referrals, PT orders, compound cream Rx?s, medical records requests, etc.
• Fill out procedure discharge papers; assist with UDS printing if no discharge papers needed
• Assist with paperwork such as work restrictions, work excuses, etc.
• Assist Mid-Levels and Physicians
• Additional duties as assigned

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
