Job Description:
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling raw footage into a polished video product that aligns with our clients' goals and brand identity. You will work closely with our creative team to develop engaging concepts, storyboards, and visual effects that enhance the overall production value of each video project.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into a compelling narrative that flows seamlessly
- Collaborate with clients and creative team members to understand project goals and requirements
- Incorporate visual effects, sound editing, and color correction to enhance the final product
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Revising video drafts based on client feedback
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve editing skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of past work
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, and/or Avid Media Composer
- Knowledge of visual effects, sound editing, and color correction techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Bachelor's degree in film studies, media production, or related field preferred
