Contract Administrator (3-4 Month Contract)
Location: Bastrop, TXThe HT Group has a banking client in Bastrop, TX looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team for a 3–4-month contract role. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation, negotiation, and review of various company contracts

Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance documents, deadlines, and communication for various contracts, renewals, and terminations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely action on all commitment deadlines
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking systems to monitor transaction progress and report compliance issues to management
  • Review and update existing contracts, ensuring all terms are compliant with current regulations and company policies
  • Explain contract terms and conditions to managers and other interested parties
  • Uphold the integrity of document databases while identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms and suggest mitigating strategies
  • Stay updated with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as necessary
  • Ensure all contract deadlines and conditions are met, including payments and deliveries
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
 Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to contracts
  • Strong analytical skills to assess contract terms and identify potential risks
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and orderly records
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; additional qualifications in law are a plus
