**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, enforcing leases, and ensuring a positive tenant experience. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Enforce leasing policies and procedures - Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs - Oversee rent collection and financial reporting - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements - Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers **Skills:** - Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to property management - Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other housing assistance programs - Familiarity with property law and regulations - Experience with property management software such as OneSite - Strong office management skills - Ability to negotiate effectively - Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management If you possess these skills and are looking to advance your career in property management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
