Responsibilities:

• Developing Team Members
• Daily Schedule Reconciliations
• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Timely Submission of Sales Tax, State, County and Local
• Fixed Asset Reconciliation
• Balancing accrued liability accounts
• Expense Analysis
• Process Payroll
• DMS Setups, User Security, New Models and Accounts
• Coverage of administrative staff if necessary
• Adhering to Office Values

Qualifications:

• Previous Biller, Payables, & License and Title experience preferred
• Automotive experience required
• Willingness to take initiative
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Computer literacy
