Join our team as an AP/AR Agent for a 4-month contract opportunity in Bartlett, IL, with the potential for extension. The role offers a hybrid schedule, working in the office on Tuesdays to Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays. This position pays $20.00/hr on W2.
ResponsibilitiesAs an AP/AR Agent, your responsibilities will include entering accounts payable invoices, matching payments to invoices, and mail sorting.
QualificationsTo excel in this role, you must have experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. The ideal candidate will be independent, a fast learner, and detail-oriented.
Schedule and Duration
This position requires a flexible start time between 7 am to 9 am and a corresponding end time between 3 pm to 5 pm, depending on the start time. While initially slated for a 3 to 4-month term, there is a strong possibility of an extension, providing long-term potential.
