Position Summary: Accounts Receivable Representative (Bartlesville, OK Office)
This job posting is intended for an entry/intermediate level front office postion.
Duties include:
Answer phones, assist customers, take payments over the phone and in person. Schedule service calls and installs, verify availability of service. Create and process monthly billing payments ACH, credit cards, checks and failed payments. Generate reports from CRM for external accountants and deposit checks.
Schedule
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
- All major holidays and your birthday off

- Holiday Bonus of $100 for every year worked half a weeks pay

Company Information: Wake Wireless is a wireless internet service provider headquartered in Bartlesville, OK. Wake deliveries broadband internet and phone service to rural homes and businesses in Nowata, Osage, Rogers, Tulsa, and Washington County in Oklahoma. We also service Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, and Montgomery County in Kansas.
