Refresh Mental Health is Hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Near Barrington, IL

Compensation:
- Compensation ranges from $45-$49 per 60-minute session (depending on experience and caseload volume)
- Fee for Service pay model.
- Paid up front twice a month, no waiting on insurance.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Independent LCSW in the state of Illinois
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians who can build rapport with clients quickly.
- Provide psychotherapy in the home and to those facing obstacles in leaving home.
- Previous experience with geriatric populations
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Experience with developmental disabilities
- Bilingual a plus
- Continued education courses are provided at no cost to W2 employees.
- Credentialing with all In-Home Counseling Services accepted by insurance panels.
- Secure device for EHR access provided.
- Part-time W2 employees maintaining between 10-15 visits per week will be eligible to enroll in dental, vision, life/AD&D, and disability coverage.
