Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Assistant Supervisor to oversee our sausage manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in management and process knowledge to lead a team (4-8 people) effectively. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise production of the sausage products
- Monitor production processes
- Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulations
- Manage inventory levels
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or supervision role
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge to oversee machinery operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to guide the production team efficiently

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Experience in production processes for increased efficiency
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a food manufacturing environment
