JLM Landscape is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Barberton, OH
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking foreman to join our landscaping team. As a foreman, you will assist in various tasks related to landscape maintenance and soft scape projects. You will be expected to lead a small softscape crew. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and pruning
- Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Maintain garden areas by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing
- Help maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and waste materials
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
