Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our grounds. This includes performing various landscaping and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and attractive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Landscape maintenance, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Must have good worth ethic
- Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking lots, and common areas
- Remove debris and litter from grounds
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Attention to detail in order to maintain the overall appearance of the grounds
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
