Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Repair or replace damaged auto glass
- Conduct auto restoration work to bring older vehicles back to their original condition
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and apply paint using airless paint spraying equipment
- Weld and fabricate metal parts as needed
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks as required
- Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficiency in auto estimating software and tools
- Experience with airless paint spraying equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
