- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to support the organization's mission and goals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including budget management and resource allocation
- Collaborate with staff, faculty, and stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with educational standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and reporting
- Stay current with trends and best practices in education administration to inform program development and improvement
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with students in an educational setting
- Experience in higher education teaching or administration is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve to achieve program goals
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
