PPSC is Hiring a Medical Call Center Representative Near Bakersfield, CA
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and accurately documenting information.
MEDICAL RECORDS KEEPING AND SCANNING IS ALSO PART OF THE JOB
**Duties:**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Excellent data entry skills
- Bilingual capabilities are preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
